Studio Rental for Bodyworkers & Therapists
Studio 414 is home to Tiger Lotus Coop, Healing Resistance and the Community Healing Days project. Our collective mission is foster a loving, inclusive space for healing, driven by values of social justice.
We are currently seeking responsible alternative practitioners to share the space. Practitioners are required to have their own liability insurance.
Schedule
The studio schedule is generally 9am-7pm and is broken into morning (9am-1:45pm) and afternoon blocks (2:15pm-7pm). There is room for flexibility with scheduling.
Rental for a single slot is $45. Rental by the hour is $25.

The space has three private therapy rooms with ventilation systems, a bathroom, kitchen and large workshop space.

Studio Rental for Workshops & Gatherings
You are looking to host a one off workshop, conference, teach a yoga class, run a series or have a photoshoot. You would like a beautiful, clean, creative space.
Consider Studio 414, located downtown Montreal at 10 ave des Pins West, corner of St Laurent.
Cost
Available to rent evenings and weekends.
Mon-Fri: Studio rental is $35/hr or $25/hr if you book a minimum of 2 hours.*
Sat-Sun: Studio rental is $40/hr or $30/hr if you book a minimum of 2 hours.
Better rates are possible if you book a full day. There is an additional cleaning fee, depending on the type of event.
*During the week the space is shared with therapist(s) in closed, sound insulated rooms. The space is divided.
25% non-refundable deposit to reserve. $15 one time cost for initial administration fee.
Amenities
Studio 414 comes equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, and a large space.
The open space is L-shaped and the total space is 1,100 sq ft.
There is a bluetooth, ceiling mounted sound system
15 backjack yoga chairs and 15 regular chairs.
Air conditioning. Fans.
