Workshop Description: In this workshop we will explore how to support perimenopausal/menopausal health by understanding this transition from variety of perspectives: physical/biological, cultural, historical and more.
This workshop includes a vaginal steam, or a foot bath as an alternative option.
This workshop is co-taught by Millie Tresierra, co-founder of the Family Care Collective, Doula and practitioner of Biodynamic Cranio Sacral Therapy, and Courtney Kirkby, Arvigo Therapist, Mercier Therapist and Doula at Tiger Lotus Coop.
