Prana Practice for Your Children

60 minute Prana Practice (children)

30 minute cafe, crafts & play (parents and children)

This drop in class aims to provide students, ages 4 - 10 years of age (+ their families) in supporting the co-regulation of their home’s collective nervous systems. with the understanding of how using our breath is our superpower!

Participants will have the opportunity to move their bodies, use mudra (energetic hand gestures) and mantra (intentional sounds/song) and learn specific ancient pranayama techniques (breathwork) to support the regulation of nervous systems, and witnessing how prana can be accessed and directed.

Within each class, students will also have time and materials to express their learning through creating art. This can help to conceptualize and integrate the techniques we’ve practiced more fully.

This is a 90 minute offering. Trinati will facilitate the first hour and then there will be a free form half hour for parents to come back with the kids. There will be a little cash cafe serving coffee, tea and treats, and craft materials out for the kids. 

This is a moment for you to:

• spend some fun time with the kids, 

• for kids to play together 

• for you to meet some of the other parents, 

• or you can even bring a book or laptop while your child enjoys themselves!
